Digital Marketing Strategist

Job Summary

Mass General Brigham Health Plan is seeking a talented and experienced Digital Marketing Strategist to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, deploying, analyzing, and optimizing email and SMS campaigns.

Principal Duties And Responsibilities

• Design and develop email and SMS marketing campaigns that drive engagement and conversions
• Deploy campaigns using email marketing platforms and SMS marketing tools
• Publish content on corporate website and customer portals
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design and content teams, to ensure campaign components align with overall campaign goals
• Track and measure campaign performance using analytics tools specific to email and SMS
• Optimize campaigns based on data and performance metrics for email and SMS channels
• Report on KPIs and campaign success for email and SMS campaigns to stakeholders

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
• Work Experience: 3+ years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on email, SMS marketing, and SEO
• Preferred/Desired: Proficiency in website content management systems, web analytics platforms, email marketing platforms, A/B testing, and conversion rate optimization
• Skills/Abilities/Competencies: Knowledge of email deliverability best practices, familiarity with SMS compliance regulations, and experience with Mass General Brigham Health Plan's core brand principles

• Working Conditions: Hybrid role with onsite team meetings at Assembly Row, Somerville 1x/quarter and remote workdays requiring a stable, secure, quiet, and compliant workspace
• Pay Range: $79,560.00 - $115,720.80/Annual
• Grade: 7
