Responsibilities

  • Support the delivery of an efficient and unified, omnichannel brand identity experience
  • Assist with all marketing reporting activities, including weekly and bi-monthly reporting updates
  • Support the digital marketing tech-stack management, including but not limited to HubSpot
  • Contribute to the paid media planning, deployment, optimization, and performance reporting
  • Conduct keyword research and on-page optimization to support TAPCO's SEO, AEO, and PPC strategy
  • Support Paid Search and Paid Social campaigns, including account and budget management
  • Set up Marketing Automation workflows triggered by audience behavioral events
  • Regularly monitor web traffic, engagement, site speed, and other KPIs; recommend and implement adjustments to improve web performance
  • Collaborate with marketing, IT, and web developers to make highly technical website updates
  • Assist with data source integrations and support standards for data governance, tracking, and compliance for unsubscribes, unengaged contacts, and spam
  • Support the digital marketing team by executing other miscellaneous tasks as needed

  • Proven website, marketing automation, and accountability skills
  • Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Effectively organize, prioritize, and delegate work within a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision and ever-changing tasks
  • Self-motivated, organized, detail-oriented, and able to act decisively
