Digital Marketing Specialist

Job Responsibilities

• Lead, coordinate, monitor and assist in the implementation of marketing initiatives
• Lead, develop, implement, and expand (based on ROI) a paid search program
• Lead the development and execution of strategies to increase top-10 keyword rankings and brand visibility within AI-generated responses (LLM Optimization)
• Audit content for "answer engine" compatibility, optimize for search volume, and manage inbound/outbound linking to build authority across traditional and generative search platforms
• Lead website editing and content creation
• Implement tactical plans to deliver the maximum number of quality leads that convert to sales funnel opportunities and revenue
• Lead generation
• Tactic level expertise
• B2B - Ability to work with SEM & SEO within a B2B marketing environment
• Solutions Driven - Experience for brands with a solution based go-to-market strategy that includes some type of high-value technical hardware/equipment + service with a sector/industry concentration
• Martech familiarity. Comfortable working with tracking data analysis tools, WordPress CMS and Microsoft Dynamics or similar CRM tools
• Results Driven - Demonstrated capability building, backed by results

Requirements

• 5+ years in paid search campaigns such as Google AdWords and Bing Ads
• 5+ years in SEO optimization strategies
• 2+ years in LLM Optimization for Google AI, ChatGPT, Gemini
• 3+ years implementing SEO & SEM plans for high value B2B solutions
• 3+ years in Digital Analysis & Reporting
• 3+ years experience with Project Management tools
• Ability to self-direct and demonstrate motivation to drive marketing efforts forward
• Ability to have channel ownership
• Strong sense of urgency, enthusiasm, and team-centric focus
