Digital Marketing Specialist

Job Summary

Drive new customer growth through paid media, SEO, and conversion optimization. Manage campaigns, measure performance, and implement strategies for real growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and optimize paid search, paid social, and programmatic campaigns.
• Manage SEO initiatives (keyword research, on-page optimization, technical SEO).
• Conduct A/B and multivariate testing for ads and landing pages to improve conversion rates.
• Track, analyze, and report campaign performance (ROAS, CPA, etc.).
• Collaborate with Brand & Communications on creative assets and messaging.
• Integrate AI tools into campaign workflows (ad creative generation, predictive analytics, bid optimization).

Required Skills & Expertise

• 3+ years in digital marketing role.
• Proficiency with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, WordPress, and other platforms.
• Strong understanding of SEO best practices.
• Experience with Google Analytics 4, Tag Manager, and reporting tools.
• Data-driven mindset with conversion rate optimization (CRO) experience.
• Ability to communicate insights and recommend next steps.

Success Metrics

• Increase qualified customer acquisition at target ROAS/CPA.
• Improved website conversion rates through testing and CRO.
