Duties And Responsibilities

  • Develop and Execute Digital Marketing Strategies
  • Build and implement data-driven social media and digital content strategies that align with company goals and drive measurable outcomes.
  • Conduct research to understand trending topics, audience demographics, and competitor strategies, using insights to inform content and SEO tactics.
  • Work with the team to identify new digital opportunities for promoting our products and services.

Social Media Management and Content Development

  • Create and maintain a robust social media calendar, publishing engaging content, visuals, and videos that highlight our unique fabrication process and artistry.
  • Maintain an active, consistent presence on all relevant social platforms, increasing follower engagement and brand visibility.
  • Track and analyze social media performance metrics; adjust campaigns to optimize engagement and reach.

SEO and Website Optimization

  • Develop and implement SEO strategies to increase website traffic, improve search engine rankings, and drive qualified leads.
  • Collaborate on website structure, content, and user experience, ensuring alignment with SEO best practices and brand messaging.
  • Work with design teams to produce SEO-friendly web content, landing pages, and blog posts that strengthen our brand's online presence.

Client Engagement and Digital Content Creation

  • Design digital brochures, client information packs, sample boards, and other media assets to enhance client engagement.
  • Engage with prospective and current clients on social media, responding to comments and messages to foster positive relationships.
  • Represent the company in online events, digital forums, and virtual client engagements, showcasing our craftsmanship and expertise.

Marketing Analytics and Reporting

  • Monitor and report on digital campaign performance, SEO metrics, social engagement, and conversion rates.
  • Use analytics tools to assess campaign success, identifying improvement opportunities and adapting strategies based on data.

Community and Employee Engagement

  • Organize virtual events, webinars, and social media initiatives to boost brand engagement and build a positive company image.
  • Support employee advocacy programs that increase company visibility on social media through employee participation.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, and SEO, with a strong focus on storytelling and content creation.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms, SEO tools, Google Analytics, and digital advertising.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills for cross-departmental work.
