About the role

The Digital Marketing Manager – Enterprise Organic Growth leads the digital experiences that shape how patients discover, evaluate, and choose Corus Orthodontists practices. This role oversees the strategy and performance of websites, Google Business Profiles, reputation management, review generation, and local SEO across a growing network of more than 55 orthodontic practices.

Responsibilities

  • Own the strategic roadmap for Corus' website ecosystem, identifying enhancements that improve patient experience and conversion.
  • Partner with agencies to oversee website migrations and upgrades across a multi-location network, delivering scalable, high-quality solutions.
  • Translate business needs into clear website priorities, recommending new content, service pages, and other improvements that strengthen digital performance.
  • Oversee website governance and project execution, ensuring requests are appropriately prioritized, routed, and completed.
  • Drive the health and performance of business listings and local search visibility across 55+ practice locations.
  • Evaluate emerging search trends, including AI-powered search experiences, and recommend initiatives that increase visibility and patient discovery.
  • Establish enterprise standards for listings, digital profiles, and reputation management to ensure high performance across all markets.
  • Own project execution within Asana, creating project plans, coordinating cross-functional workstreams, and improving templates for repeatable success.
  • Establish the performance framework and build scalable reporting for Corus' digital ecosystem, defining KPIs and success metrics across organic growth.
  • Leverage data and analytics to uncover trends, identify opportunities, and prioritize initiatives that improve visibility, engagement, and patient acquisition.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of digital programs, recommending continuous improvements based on performance data.
  • Serve as the Corus liaison for digital initiatives, partnering directly with doctors, practice managers, and operational leaders.
  • Work cross-functionally to prioritize scope and project roadmaps, ensuring agency efforts align with organizational goals.
  • Continuously evaluate performance, identifying opportunities to improve processes, scalability, and overall return on investment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 5–8 years of experience managing digital marketing programs that drive organic visibility and patient acquisition.
  • Experience supporting multi-location brands, franchise, or enterprise digital marketing programs required (Dental Service Organization experience strongly preferred).
  • Familiarity of AI search optimization — how LLMs surface brand information and how to structure content to influence that presence.
  • Strong project management skills required with experience using platforms such as Asana, Monday.com, Teamwork, or similar.
  • Experience leading external agencies or vendor partners to deliver strategic initiatives and business outcomes.
  • An analytical mindset with experience using data, KPIs, and reporting to inform decisions.

  • Proven ability to manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns.
  • Experience in SEO, SEM, and social media marketing.
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics and other digital analytics tools.
