Marketing Manager, Organic Social
About the role
The Marketing Manager, Organic Social is responsible for leading the organic social media strategy for priority platforms with a primary focus on TikTok and YouTube. This role develops platform strategies, defines content direction, and partners closely with internal creative teams to deliver engaging, high-performing social content that grows audience, drives engagement, and strengthens brand relevance.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of organic social media strategy across priority platforms, with a focus on TikTok and YouTube.
- Develop annual platform plans that align social media strategies with brand, campaign, and business priorities.
- Define and guide content direction by partnering with creative teams to deliver high-performing social-first content.
- Grow and engage online communities through relevant, culturally informed content strategies.
- Continuously analyze platform performance to optimize content strategy and improve results.
- Serve as the internal subject matter expert on social platform trends, algorithms, and best practices.
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Media, or related field
- 3–5+ years of experience in social media strategy or social media management
- Demonstrated expertise with TikTok and YouTube platforms and best practices
- Experience working cross-functionally with creative and marketing teams to develop social media content strategies
- Experience with social media analytics platforms such as Sprinklr, TikTok Analytics, YouTube Analytics, Google Analytics, or similar tools
- Ability to analyze performance data and generate strategic insights
- Deep understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, content formats, and best practices
- Strong ability to translate brand strategy into platform-native social media content strategies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience interpreting social media analytics and translating insights into actionable strategies
- Strong organizational and project management skills with ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Collaborative mindset with ability to work effectively across creative, marketing, and media teams
Skills
- Passion for design, home, culture, and emerging lifestyle trends
- Familiarity with social media management platforms (Sprinklr, Sprout, Hootsuite, Later, etc.)
- Basic familiarity with video capture or editing tools (e.g., CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro)
Benefits
Day 1 benefits include access to applicable benefit programs. Salary range for this position is $101,350 - $156,150. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, education, and the work location. This position is eligible for a performance bonus/variable incentive compensation.
