What You'll Do
- NORAM Digital Performance Execution & Management
- Execute, develop, manage, and optimize campaign performance (SEO, SEA, Paid Social, Programmatic)
- Build and deliver regular performance reports with clear insights and actionable recommendations reflecting a data-driven, profitability and top-line growth focused approach
- Ensure a consolidated view of performance (360° vision)
- Identify new channels, formats, and platforms worth testing
- Monitor trends in the US B2B SaaS space, competitive landscape, and emerging ad tech
- Align Marketing and Digital Teams
- Serve as the day-to-day liaison between NORAM marketing stakeholders and global digital specialists
- Facilitate the smooth flow of information, translate business goals into digital campaigns and ensure timely, high-quality execution
- Cook up with local digital partners, 3rd party agencies
- Keep marketing team informed with clear, consistent performance updates and recommended changes to optimize performance
- NORAM Website Management
- Drive website development (content, pages, user journeys)
- Monitor performance (conversion, UX, user behavior)
- Identify and implement optimizations (UX audits, A/B tests)
- Ensure consistency between EMEA and NORAM web pages
- Contribute to technical website optimization projects
- 5+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience demonstrating strong full-funnel thinking
- Deep expertise across SEM, SEO, Paid Social, and Programmatic ads
- Proven project management skills, able to juggle multiple priorities, stakeholders, and deadlines
- Comfortable managing and updating websites, with hands-on CMS experience (WordPress a plus)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- An analytical mindset focused on performance and test & learn
- Bring a continuous improvement mindset to everything you do
- Solid understanding of the US B2B SaaS market, selling into CFO and senior finance leaders and a working knowledge of the auto/trucking, construction and manufacturing industries in North America. Knowledge of AP automation and finance technology stack a plus

- We're looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing Manager to accelerate our North American digital performance.
- You'll lead the day-to-day execution of NORAM Digital marketing campaigns while collaborating with our global digital experts to align priorities and track performance.
- This role will ultimately ensure the right campaigns get built, launched, tracked, and optimized to meet the NORAM GTM goals.
