Digital Marketing Manager
About The Role
We are seeking a proactive and strategic Digital Marketing Manager to lead and expand our global paid media initiatives. This role involves managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as LinkedIn, Google, Meta, and emerging channels. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing end-to-end campaign strategies, including audience targeting, creative testing, bidding, and budgeting, while continuously analyzing performance metrics to maximize ROI.
Collaboration with Creative teams and Marketing Operations will be essential to develop compelling ad content, ensure accurate tracking, and implement AI-powered workflows to enhance campaign efficiency. This position offers a unique opportunity to influence Cresta’s pipeline and revenue directly, working within a lean and dynamic growth team committed to innovation and results.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience managing paid media or digital marketing programs within B2B SaaS or high-growth technology companies
- Hands-on experience managing campaigns across LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and other paid media platforms
- Proven ability to optimize campaigns to meet pipeline, revenue, and ROI goals
- Experience managing campaign budgets, reporting performance, and making data-driven decisions
- Strong analytical skills with familiarity using tools such as GA4, Looker, or similar platforms
- Experience working with CRM and marketing automation platforms like Salesforce and HubSpot
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Curiosity and enthusiasm for leveraging AI tools to improve marketing execution and operational efficiency
Responsibilities
- Execute and optimize global paid media campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, Meta, and emerging channels
- Develop comprehensive audience strategies, set up campaigns, and conduct creative testing
- Manage bidding strategies, budgets, and monitor campaign pacing against goals
- Identify risks proactively and adjust strategies to maximize campaign performance
- Collaborate with Creative teams to develop high-impact ad creatives and test new messaging formats
- Utilize AI tools and platforms such as Clay to enhance targeting, automate workflows, and improve team productivity
- Work with Marketing Operations to ensure accurate conversion tracking, attribution, and pipeline reporting
- Analyze campaign data, generate insights, and present actionable recommendations to leadership
- Explore new advertising channels and formats to keep Cresta ahead of industry trends
- Partner with cross-functional teams including Demand Generation, Content Marketing, Sales, and Creative to execute integrated marketing campaigns
