Digital Marketing Manager
About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated full-time Digital Marketing Manager to join our expanding team. Reporting directly to the Director of Advancement & Marketing, this role is instrumental in shaping and executing SHE-CAN’s digital marketing and communications strategies.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our digital presence across multiple channels, including our website, social media platforms, email campaigns, and video content. This position requires a creative, tech-savvy professional with a strong understanding of digital marketing tools, analytics, and storytelling.
Qualifications
- 5-7 years of professional experience in marketing, digital marketing, or communications
- Proficiency in design tools such as Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
- Experience with email marketing platforms like Mailchimp
- Familiarity with website management tools such as Wix or similar platforms
- Strong writing and storytelling skills with the ability to craft compelling narratives
- Experience in social media management and strategy development
- Knowledge of analytics tools to track and interpret engagement metrics
- Event management experience, supporting both small and large-scale events
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Understanding of digital fundraising campaigns and donor engagement strategies
- Ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary lead for SHE-CAN’s digital and brand presence, ensuring consistency across all channels
- Manage and update the organization’s website, social media platforms, email newsletters, and video content
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase engagement and awareness
- Maintain and execute the digital marketing calendar and content strategy aligned with organizational goals
- Uphold SHE-CAN’s voice, messaging, and visual identity across all digital communications
- Support event promotion by creating digital invitations, email templates, RSVP forms, and related collateral
- Lead digital marketing efforts for selected events, collaborating closely with the marketing team
- Design and manage digital fundraising campaigns, including email appeals and impact stories
- Manage email segmentation and digital communication plans in coordination with the Advancement Operations Coordinator
- Develop and execute a public relations strategy to build awareness and interest in SHE-CAN nationally and locally
- Track, analyze, and report on engagement metrics, campaign performance, and digital outreach effectiveness
- Support the advancement team in event planning and execution as needed
- Manage the budget for all digital marketing and PR initiatives, working with vendors and consultants
