Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day execution of digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, ensuring campaigns remain on track and aligned with established strategy.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for external marketing agencies and vendors, including onboarding new partners and maintaining productive working relationships.
  • Oversee paid media agency performance, ensuring campaigns are properly managed, optimized, and delivering against business objectives.
  • Review campaign results and provide recommendations to improve performance, audience targeting, reporting, and analytics.
  • Support the onboarding and management of a web development vendor tasked with website improvements and enhancements.
  • Monitor marketing programs and agency deliverables to ensure deadlines, budgets, and performance goals are met.
  • Analyze campaign and website data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for optimization.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure marketing efforts are aligned and progressing as planned.
  • Ensure agencies are effectively managing and optimizing campaigns while maintaining clear communication and accountability.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of digital marketing experience, preferably in a marketing manager or campaign management role.
  • Proven experience managing external marketing agencies and cross-functional vendor relationships.
  • Experience overseeing paid media programs with annual budgets of approximately $1 million or less.
  • Strong understanding of paid media performance metrics, campaign optimization, and digital analytics.
  • Experience onboarding and managing web development vendors or website projects.
  • Ability to assess marketing performance and make strategic recommendations based on data and insights.
  • Strong project management, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Experience overseeing multiple concurrent campaigns while maintaining attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with Google Analytics or similar web analytics platforms.
  • Familiarity with digital channels including paid search, paid social, display, and programmatic media.
  • Experience coordinating website enhancements and vendor-led development projects.
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on campaign management and execution.
