Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day execution of digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, ensuring campaigns remain on track and aligned with established strategy.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for external marketing agencies and vendors, including onboarding new partners and maintaining productive working relationships.
- Oversee paid media agency performance, ensuring campaigns are properly managed, optimized, and delivering against business objectives.
- Review campaign results and provide recommendations to improve performance, audience targeting, reporting, and analytics.
- Support the onboarding and management of a web development vendor tasked with website improvements and enhancements.
- Monitor marketing programs and agency deliverables to ensure deadlines, budgets, and performance goals are met.
- Analyze campaign and website data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for optimization.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure marketing efforts are aligned and progressing as planned.
- Ensure agencies are effectively managing and optimizing campaigns while maintaining clear communication and accountability.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of digital marketing experience, preferably in a marketing manager or campaign management role.
- Proven experience managing external marketing agencies and cross-functional vendor relationships.
- Experience overseeing paid media programs with annual budgets of approximately $1 million or less.
- Strong understanding of paid media performance metrics, campaign optimization, and digital analytics.
- Experience onboarding and managing web development vendors or website projects.
- Ability to assess marketing performance and make strategic recommendations based on data and insights.
- Strong project management, communication, and organizational skills.
- Experience overseeing multiple concurrent campaigns while maintaining attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with Google Analytics or similar web analytics platforms.
- Familiarity with digital channels including paid search, paid social, display, and programmatic media.
- Experience coordinating website enhancements and vendor-led development projects.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on campaign management and execution.
