About the role
The Digital Marketing Manager supports the planning, execution, optimization, and reporting of digital marketing initiatives that drive qualified demand, direct engagement, and measurable hotel performance across Miraval Tucson, Miraval Austin, and Miraval Berkshires.
Responsibilities
- Support execution of paid search, paid social, display, video, metasearch, Performance Max, retargeting, and emerging digital campaigns across Miraval America.
- Campaign coordination: campaign briefs, audiences, offer details, tracking needs, creative assets, landing pages, and launch timelines with agencies, Hyatt partners, and property teams.
- Monitor campaign performance regularly and recommend optimizations related to budgets, audience targeting, creative, messaging, keywords, landing pages, and conversion paths.
- Ensure all digital campaigns align with Miraval brand standards, offer requirements, property needs, and Hyatt enterprise guidance.
- Website, landing page & conversion support: Partner with property Marketing Managers and Hyatt digital teams to maintain accurate, current, and conversion-focused website content, landing pages, offer pages, campaign pages, and digital merchandising.
- Support conversion rate optimization across digital touchpoints, including calls to action, availability checks, inquiry pathways, booking flow inputs, and campaign landing experiences.
- A/B testing, messaging tests, audience tests, creative tests, and landing page enhancements to improve engagement and direct response.
- Identify digital friction points, content gaps, tracking issues, and merchandising opportunities that could affect guest conversion.
- Measurement, reporting & insights: Compile recurring digital performance reporting across channels, campaigns, properties, audiences, creative, landing pages, and funnel metrics. Translate reporting into clear insights, next steps, and business impact summaries for marketing leaders and property teams.
- Digital governance & innovation: Stay current on digital marketing trends, platform updates, AI search implications, privacy changes, analytics practices, and hospitality digital best practices. Support the development of digital marketing processes, checklists, documentation, and standards that improve speed, consistency, and accountability.
Requirements
- 3-5+ years of digital marketing, performance marketing, hospitality marketing, media coordination, analytics, or ecommerce marketing experience.
- Hands-on experience supporting paid search, paid social, display, video, metasearch, campaign trafficking, landing pages, analytics, or agency coordination.
- Experience with Google Ads, Meta, Google Analytics, Looker Studio or related dashboards, CMS tools, project management tools, and campaign reporting preferred.
- Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, Communications, Hospitality, or related field preferred.
- Experience in luxury hospitality, wellness, travel, lifestyle, or resort marketing strongly preferred.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and identify practical optimization opportunities.
- Detail-oriented execution with strong project management, campaign coordination, and deadline management skills.
- Clear communication skills with the ability to translate digital performance into straightforward business recommendations.
- Strong understanding of digital channels, conversion funnels, media metrics, landing page best practices, and tracking requirements.
- Ability to work effectively with agencies, property teams, brand leaders, Hyatt enterprise partners, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Passion for luxury wellness, hospitality, guest experience, and continuous improvement.
