Primary Objectives
- Evaluate the impact and efficiency of digital marketing programs.
- Provide data-driven feedback with actionable recommendations to improve results.
- Analyze and report on the direct impact of advertising spend on the company’s bottom line.
Key Responsibilities
- Track and evaluate centralized digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, and Google Analytics.
- Generate weekly reports on traffic, leads, enrollments, and demographics, highlighting trends and opportunities for program improvement.
- Examine the relationship between advertising performance, website activity, and conversion rates to enhance the overall user experience.
- Recommend marketing budget adjustments based on historical performance and data-driven insights.
- Monitor competitor activity and broader market trends, sharing significant findings with senior management.
- Prepare reports linking website traffic to advertising performance and participate in performance review calls to address concerns and outline next steps.
Qualifications
- 2–3 years of digital marketing, performance marketing, or analytics experience (agency experience a plus).
- Strong knowledge of advertising platforms and data analysis.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics strongly preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Work schedule: 8 hour shift Monday to Friday, Day shift.
