Responsibilities
- Execute and optimize global paid media campaigns across key platforms
- Plan, launch, and oversee campaigns from start to finish
- Proactively monitor budget and pipeline goals, adjusting strategies as needed
- Collaborate with Creative to develop and test ad creatives
- Utilize AI tools for enhanced targeting and workflow automation
- Work with Marketing Operations for accurate tracking and reporting
- Deliver insights and recommendations on campaign performance to leadership
- Explore new advertising channels and opportunities for growth
Qualifications
- 3+ years in B2B SaaS paid media or digital marketing
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and other platforms
- Proven results in optimizing campaigns for ROI and revenue
- Experience in budget management and data-driven decision-making
- Strong analytical skills using tools like GA4 or Looker
- Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools like Salesforce and HubSpot
- Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration abilities
- Enthusiasm for leveraging AI tools in marketing processes
