About the role

The digital marketing landscape is constantly evolving, and we’re looking for a Marketing Manager to lead the execution and delivery of high-impact marketing initiatives for our clients. This role is ideal for someone who excels at turning strategy into action—someone who not only executes marketing campaigns, but thinks critically about how the work gets done, how it can be improved, and how it drives results.

What You’ll Do

  • Taking the lead on delivery ownership and execution
  • Ledding the translation and execution planning of high-level marketing strategies into clear, actionable plans
  • Actively contributing to the production of campaigns across channels and ensuring work moves forward efficiently without bottlenecks
  • Tracking campaign performance, identifying trends, and proactively implementing optimizations to improve results across channels
  • Collaborating with clients in client meetings as an active contributor—providing updates, sharing insights, and offering tactical recommendations while collaborating closely with a Strategic Advisor
  • Collaborating with Strategic Advisors to refine and strengthen marketing strategies based on execution insights, performance data, and industry trends

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of agency experience in digital marketing
  • Hands-on experience executing campaigns across different areas of digital marketing (AEO, SEO, paid media, paid search, paid social, organic social, etc.)
  • The ability to translate high-level strategy into clear, actionable execution plans
  • Experience managing multiple clients and deliverables in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with strong attention to detail
  • A strategic mindset with the ability to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A self-motivated, problem-solving attitude—Run Toward Fire™ mindset required

In-Office Role

This is not a remote position. The Marketing Manager will work on-site at our headquarters and collaborate closely with our leadership team, strategists, and marketing specialists. We can provide some hybrid schedules for employees coming from a far distance.
