About the role

The 12-month graduate scheme is designed to turn an exceptional graduate into a well-rounded digital marketer. You'll work your way through all of our core channels, working on real client work from the start – not fetching the coffee. It's hands-on from day one, with the support and mentorship to learn fast. We run the scheme with a view to offering a full-time role on completion.

Compensation

£30,000 per annum

Acting as an extension of our clients’ marketing teams – or often as their entire in-house marketing team – we have a track record of using marketing to scale fast. We adopt a scientific approach to marketing and use digital tools, automation and AI to amplify our impact. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for an exceptional graduate to join our 12-month scheme, learn every part of what we do and build a career with us.

The Role

The 12-month graduate scheme is designed to turn an exceptional graduate into a well-rounded digital marketer. You’ll work your way through all of our core channels, working on real client work from the start – not fetching the coffee. It's hands-on from day one, with the support and mentorship to learn fast. We run the scheme with a view to offering a full-time role on completion, so this is the start of a career with us, not just a placement.

The Channels

• Paid Search: planning and managing search advertising campaigns, such as Google Ads.
• Organic Search (SEO / GEO): improving how clients rank in traditional search and AI-driven results.
• Meta Ads: building and optimising paid social campaigns across Facebook and Instagram.
• Content Creation: producing content that engages audiences and supports campaigns.
• Organic Social: growing and managing clients’ social media presence.

What We're Looking For

• Analytical: Comfortable handling and analysing data, and confident turning it into insight.
• Technical: Coding or web development experience, with a real interest in the technology behind digital marketing.
• Personable: A strong communicator who is comfortable presenting to others – both over the phone and in person.
• Creative: A creative streak and a knack for ideas that stand out.

On track to graduate this summer, or a recent graduate, and ready to commit to a 12-month scheme.
