Digital Marketing Director

PolyAI · United States · 1 wk ago
RemoteRemoteMarketing$215k–$275k/yrFull-time

About the role

PolyAI is the Agentic Dialog Platform for building the conversational enterprise, used to build, run, govern, and improve dialog agents at scale. Powered by Raven, a proprietary dialog model trained on more than a billion enterprise conversations, PolyAI agents are built for complexity, open at every layer, and sovereign by design. PolyAI serves hundreds of enterprises across 75 languages and 25 countries, including Metro Bank, Marriott, PG&E, and UniCredit.

The Digital Marketing Director will join PolyAI's rapidly growing marketing team and own the digital and account-based marketing engine behind our growth strategy. This is a senior, individual contributor role with real ownership over how we spend, target, and show up for our highest-value accounts — serving as the primary liaison to our paid media agencies, the architect of our account-based marketing approach, and the strategic backbone for how nurture, webinar, and content programs come together across the business.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary liaison to our paid media agencies, owning strategy and channel allocation recommendations across paid social, search, display, and programmatic, and bringing data-backed budget recommendations to leadership
  • Design and maintain our ABM tiering methodology — from strategic named accounts to broader programmatic targeting — and ensure it's applied consistently across every team using it
  • Run high-value account targeting directly across channels including LinkedIn, connected TV (CTV), person-based advertising platforms (e.g., Influ2), and out-of-home (OOH)
  • Architect the cadence, structure, and content flow for nurture programs and webinars, building a framework that scales across multiple audiences and campaign teams
  • Own the strategy and vendor relationships for content syndication programs that fuel top-of-funnel demand
  • Define the target audience and strategy behind in-person, high-touch programs (like executive roundtables), partnering with our events team on delivery
  • Report on channel performance — CPL, ROAS, CTR, and account engagement — on a weekly cadence, broken out by segment

Requirements

  • 10-15+ years of experience in digital marketing, with significant, senior-level experience managing relationships with paid media agencies
  • Demonstrated experience building and running ABM programs at scale
  • Experience architecting nurture and lifecycle marketing programs
  • Strong analytical and budget management skills, with the ability to present clear recommendations to senior leadership

Preferred Qualifications

  • A collaborative, influence-driven working style, with a track record of aligning cross-functional teams without formal authority over them
  • Comfort using AI tools (e.g., Claude) to move faster on strategy, reporting, and campaign development
  • Experience with AI platforms

Pay

We provide a competitive salary range for this role — $215,000-$275,000 — depending on level and experience.

Benefits

  • Participation in the company's employee share options plan
  • Comprehensive health coverage for you and your loved ones
  • Life Insurance
  • Short-term and long-term disability (STD and LTD)
  • Opportunity to contribute to the company's 401k plan
  • Flexible PTO policy + 11 designated company holidays
  • Annual learning and development allowance
  • One-off WFH allowance when you join, offering perks like noise-cancelling headphones or a comfortable desk chair
  • Enhanced parental leave
  • Company-funded fertility and family-forming programmes
  • Menopause care programme with Maven
  • Sabbatical Program: 5-week paid sabbatical available after 5 years of employment

Core Values

  • Only the best: We expect the best from our people, we hire people that expect the best from themselves, and we nurture this drive for excellence.
  • Ownership: We care deeply about what we do. We take ownership of our initiatives, decisions and outcomes.
  • Relentlessly improve: We demand more from ourselves and are always evolving. Continuous, obsessive improvement is the only way we will transform the world of conversational AI.
  • Bias for action: Our world moves quickly and so do we. We take calculated risks and we deliver impact fast.
  • Disagree and commit: We are all working toward the same goal. If we don’t agree with something, we work hard to understand it and when a decision is made, we accept it and give it our all.
  • Build for people: We want the world to enjoy the experiences they have with us. We are building for a future that prefers automation.
