Digital Marketing Director

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Digital Marketing Director to lead a small team of digital marketing professionals and drive success for our sales partners. This role bridges marketing and sales, translating business priorities into campaigns, content, and programs that help client advisors build relationships and grow their presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee content strategies to attract, engage, and generate leads for client advisors
• Curate content for landing pages, blogs, email campaigns, podcasts, and videos
• Conduct stakeholder interviews to understand audience sectors and create content
• Use client data to create effective messaging
• Lead strategy and content development for website, social media, and email marketing
• Draft, edit, and review written communications with accuracy
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor landscape, and share insights
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop recommendations and measure program success
• Generate proactive ideas to support client objectives
• Track and report on campaign results
• Develop and conduct content workshops, webinars, or lunch and learns
• Support World events/conferences

Qualifications

• 10+ years in digital marketing, integrated campaign management, demand generation, content marketing, or B2B marketing
• Proven ability to plan, build, launch, and optimize multi-channel campaigns
• Strong writing, editing, and messaging skills
• Experience partnering with sales teams, business development leaders, and senior stakeholders
• Excellent project management skills
• Hands-on experience with marketing automation (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot) and design tools (Canva, Stripo)
• Proficient in using campaign performance data and AI tools (Jasper.ai, M365, Claude, Perplexity)
