Responsibilities

  • Cook up day-to-day communication with the external paid media agency on campaign execution, requests, timelines, and troubleshooting.
  • Inspect campaign builds, targeting, links, and creative for accuracy before and after launch, using established checklists and direction from the manager or agency.
  • Monitor campaign pacing, performance updates, and spend concerns, then help prepare follow-up questions or requests for the agency.
  • Pull, organize, and format campaign performance data to support recurring reporting and internal updates.
  • Provide day-to-day coordination support for the Dealer CRM, including campaign setup requests, status checks, and monitoring support.
  • Identify, document, and escalate platform issues to IT, vendors, or internal stakeholders for resolution.
  • Aid with dealer marketing campaigns, including asset delivery, timeline tracking, campaign setup support, and performance data collection.
  • Cook up with dealers and internal stakeholders to help keep campaign materials, approvals, and launch timelines moving.
  • Maintain documentation for campaign processes, platform access, checklists, and recurring workflows.
  • Support basic analysis, reporting preparation, and troubleshooting across digital marketing platforms as needed.
  • Track escalated technical or vendor issues and provide status updates until resolved.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred; Marketing or Communications majors a plus.
  • Equivalent experience will be considered.
  • 1–3 years' experience in digital or paid media marketing, ideally with exposure to agency coordination.
  • Working familiarity with Google Ads, GA4, and Google Tag Manager.
  • Experience with marketing automation or CRM platforms; High Level experience a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and comfort reviewing campaign setups for accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent campaigns and deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills and comfort coordinating with external partners.
  • Experience with dealer or channel marketing programs is a plus.
  • Knowledge of MS Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
