Digital Marketing Assistant
About the role
The Digital Marketing Assistant supports the execution of digital marketing initiatives across various channels. They collaborate with the marketing team to plan, execute, and report on email marketing campaigns, manage CRM databases, coordinate social media content, assist with content creation, support SEO efforts, maintain online profiles, analyze campaign performance, and support market research.
Responsibilities
- Aid in email marketing campaign planning, execution, and reporting
- Manage CRM database and digital lead administration
- Schedule, publish, and monitor social media content
- Develop content for websites, blogs, and marketing materials
- Optimize digital content for search engines
- Maintain external directory listings and online company profiles
- Analyze campaign performance data
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders on integrated marketing initiatives
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- Up to two years of relevant marketing or marketing support experience
- Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
Preferred Experience
- Experience within life sciences, biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or healthcare sectors
- Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
- Experience with marketing automation systems
- Familiarity with Google Analytics and SEO tools
- Experience with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
