What will you do?
- Digital campaigns & performance
- - You determine the strategy and implement it in digital marketing campaigns, from vision to results
- - You set goals, KPIs, and budgets and keep a sharp eye on them
- - You optimize digital channels (Google, LinkedIn, Meta, etc.) strategically, with focus on visibility and user experience
- - You translate performance data (CTR, CPC, engagement, conversions) into clear, substantiated insights
- - You build reporting and dashboards that effectively help management steer
- Marketing automation & website management
- - You strategically implement marketing automation (HubSpot), manage and optimize it
- - You build workflows, lead nurturing, and lead scoring that have an impact on the business
- - You bring marketing and sales closer together structurally
- Content & creativity
- - You monitor and guide the content strategy: website, social media, newsletters, webinars
- - You provide graphic design (Adobe Suite) for strong marketing materials and digital assets
- - You are owner of a consistent, high-quality brand positioning
- Project management
- - You structure and manage projects from kickoff to delivery, fully responsible for deadlines and quality
- - You brief and manage external agencies as full partners
- - You are point person for internal stakeholders at various levels
- - You report to management and optimize KPI-driven campaigns
- - You take the lead in efficiency improvements via automation and AI tools
What do you bring?
- Experience & skills
- - At least 5 years of experience in digital marketing
- - Experience in a B2B context or the IT/health sector is a plus
- - Strong project management skills and experience leading external parties
- - Proven experience with digital advertising channels such as Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads
- - Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset
- - Experience with marketing automation tools and content management, knowledge of HubSpot
- - Knowledge of Adobe Suite and other graphic or marketing tools

- - Precise, with eye for detail, structure, and quality
- - Self-reliant and team-oriented: you take the lead, but work together as well

- - Strong communication skills in Dutch and English
- - Knowledge of French is a plus
