Key Responsibilities

  • Execute LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, and paid advertising to generate quality B2B leads
  • Develop and optimize lead funnels, landing pages, and campaigns that actually convert
  • Conduct market and audience research to identify high-value prospects
  • Work closely with our marketing and sales teams to align strategies for better conversions
  • Track outreach, leads, and campaign performance using CRM tools
  • Conduct keyword research, SEO/SEM, and implement paid advertising strategies
  • Maintain communication with potential clients and build relationships for long term success

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of proven experience in digital marketing, lead generation, or B2B client acquisition
  • Strong knowledge of LinkedIn outreach, cold emailing, and digital ad platforms (Google, Meta, LinkedIn)
  • Understanding of marketing funnels and conversion optimization
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and time management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast paced environment
  • Knowledge of content marketing, email marketing, and social media management
  • Creative thinker with a data-driven approach
