Digital Lending Agent

Responsibilities

• Process and book loans
• Evaluate applications and assess risk
• Make approval or denial recommendations
• Prepare, close, and disburse loans accurately and promptly
• Cross-sell loan products and related services

Requirements

• One year to three years of similar or related experience
• A high school education or GED
• Good logical and analytical judgment
• Very good communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency in using a personal computer (MS Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Basic knowledge of governmental regulations for financial institutions
• Moderate cross-selling abilities
• Understanding of consumer lending policies and guidelines
• Ability to effectively present loan information to underwriters
• Ability to assist co-workers with loan applications or questions
• Knowledge of titles and UCC filings
• Ability to communicate the benefits of consumer loan products
• Ability to work various types of consumer loans with limited exceptions
