Responsibilities
- Connect with members through inbound and outbound calls to identify financial needs and recommend loan solutions
- Guide members through the loan application process with professionalism, accuracy, and care
- Build strong member relationships through personalized service and consultative sales techniques
- Educate members on loan products, rates, and lending options
- Generate and qualify leads by listening actively and asking strategic questions
- Achieve and exceed sales and service goals while maintaining a high level of member satisfaction
- Collaborate with processors, underwriters, and internal teams to ensure seamless lending experience
- Deliver an exceptional member experience while ensuring compliance with lending regulations and policies
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in finance, business, or related field is a plus
- Previous call center and/or lending sales experience with a proven track record of success
- Strong knowledge of loan products, lending processes, and regulatory requirements
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to explain financial information clearly and confidently
- Experience with CRM systems, sales software, and digital tools
- Self-motivation with a strong focus on results and member satisfaction
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
- Bilingual Spanish/English skills preferred
- Ability to commute to Downtown Fort Worth
Qualifications
- Candidates must successfully complete a background check, including employment verification, criminal history, drug screening, and credit review
- This position is responsible for compliance with all applicable federal and state regulations, including but not limited to: Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), Anti-Money Laundering (AML), NCUA Privacy Regulations, Reg DD, Reg E, Reg CC, Reg Z, Reg B, FCRA/FACTA, and Service Members Civil Relief Act
- Ongoing annual compliance training is required
