Digital Key Operator / Customer Service Representative

Our tight‑knit team in West Jordan is actively seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) and Digital Key Operator to join us full‑time. We are a small, passionate, fast‑paced team that values each member’s contributions and is fully invested in the success of our local business.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary representative of the organization.
• Convey to customers our expertise in products, services, and capabilities.
• Act as an external key educator to the community and customers.
• Communicate customer requirements to the support team in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Confer with customers by phone, email, and in‑person to provide information about products or services.
• Determine charges for services requested, collect deposits or payments, or arrange for billing.
• Attract potential customers by answering product and service questions and suggesting additional offerings.
• Perform digital print production, including operation of digital printers and finishing equipment.
• Handle print bindery & finishing tasks.
• Operate post‑press equipment.
• Manage large‑format and sign finishing, including installation when necessary.
• Perform equipment maintenance as required.
• Carry out other essential functions needed to provide the highest quality customer service and product output.

Requirements

• Two years of print and sign experience.
• Experience conducting customer needs assessments, meeting quality standards for service, and evaluating customer satisfaction.
• Ability to effectively build relationships with customers and teammates.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Desire to continuously look for ways to help people.
• Critical‑thinking skills to evaluate alternative solutions or approaches to problems.
• Positive, professional attitude and strong work ethic.
• Problem‑solving skills and cooperative interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work quickly and neatly while multitasking.
• Basic math skills and proficiency with computers.
• Ability to lift 50 lb safely and work over a waist‑high table.
• Strong multitasking ability.
• Effective oral and written communication.
• Ability to follow instructions and prioritize workload.

Pay

$18.00 – $22.00 per hour
