Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor’s degree preferred
At least two years of applied experience in a technical support capacity, preferably in a laboratory, pharma or biotech environment
Familiarity with Laboratory Information Systems and understanding of customer interfaces
Exceptional interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
Ability to manage multiple customer issues and projects simultaneously while maintaining a high standard of service
Excellent typing and data entry skills
Proficient with MS Office programs and database management
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and diagnostic skills
Highly focused on service orientation
