Together, we will become the world's leading cancer reference laboratory. Position Summary: As a Digital Integration Specialist you will focus on supporting NeoGenomics’commercial digital platforms. This includes, but is not limited to, healthcare interoperability, digital front door applications, and the Salesforce customer experience. They serve as a point of contact to address any support issues for both internal and external customers, providing excellent service to all people they interact with. Responsibilities: Responsible for NeoGenomics’ overall Customer Digital Support processes and beingthe voice of the customer for technical issuesResponsible for supporting Digital Technology Solutions operations and ensuring data is safely, securely, and accurately exchangedAdheres to support processes, documentation processes, and maintaining SLAsCollaborates with internal customers for digital support needs: commercial, laboratory, billing, and other departmentsInteracts with clients via multiple communication channels for troubleshooting and resolution of customer support issues: email, phone, web meetingGuides clients through technical processes, offering solutions for issues regarding system functionality, user access, and data flowCommunicates effectively with customers, keeping them updated on the status of their queries or issues Education, Experience & Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor’s degree preferredAt least two years of applied experience in a technical support capacity, preferably in a laboratory, pharma or biotech environmentFamiliarity with Laboratory Information Systems and understanding of customer interfacesExceptional interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfactionAbility to manage multiple customer issues and projects simultaneously while maintaining a high standard of service\Excellent typing and data entry skillsProficient with MS Office programs and database managementExcellent problem-solving, analytical, and diagnostic skillsHighly focused on service orientationAbility to adapt to changing procedures, policies, and work environmentAbility to communicate effectively, both written and oralOpenness to give and receive feedbackStrong organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow-up skillsAbility to work independently and as a team player
