About the role

The Intelligence Programs Group (IPG), part of the Space and Intelligence Division, provides engineering services and analytic support to the Air Force, Space Force, Combatant Commands, the Intelligence Community, and NASA. Responsibilities include developing or assisting with the development of program and project integration solutions, supporting planning and implementation approaches, analyzing, designing, testing, and evaluating network systems, and assisting in managing system development efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Develop or assist with the development of program and project integration solutions across the enterprise and determine integration/interface requirements.
  • Work with systems engineers, solutions architects, and programmers to ensure applications and systems interoperate to deliver end-to-end mission solutions and maintain the integrity of the system-of-system enterprise.
  • Implement Interface Control Documents (ICDs) and other plans and operational procedures that make mission accomplishment a timely and efficient success.
  • Provide a total systems perspective including a technical understanding of relationships, dependencies, and requirements of hardware and software components.
  • Support planning, implementation approaches, and documentation of solutions to total systems or subsystems using internally created and/or commercial off-the-shelf products.
  • Analyze, design, test, and evaluate network systems such as Cloud Resident computing capabilities, satellite networks, local area networks (LANs), wide area networks (WANs), the Internet, intranets, and other data communications systems ranging from a connection between two offices in the same building to a globally distributed network of systems.
  • Support the planning and implementation approaches of data management practices to treat and handle data as a resource.
  • Aid in managing system development efforts, moves, or modernization changes including analysis, telecommunications (LAN, WAN, voice, video), planning, cabling, IT and cloud requirements, network security measures, and other factors.

Requirements

  • Active TS/SCI clearance with Poly.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or related STEM degree program, or equivalent experience as an Integration Engineer.
  • 5-10 years of experience with at least 5 years of experience working in the Intelligence Community.
  • Working experience in government or industry in data base management or Big Data analysis.

Qualifications

  • Desired working knowledge of Model Based Systems Engineering, processes, tools and languages.

Pay

Pay Transparency Range: USD $150,000.00/Yr. - USD $195,000.00/Yr.
