About the role
The QTI Group is partnering with a manufacturer based in the Greater Madison area as they look to add a newly created role, an Integration Engineer, to their team. This position will play a pivotal role in connecting various business systems and will build and maintain integrations that allow systems to stay in sync and maintain data integrity. This is a great opportunity for someone with previous integration experience to join a growing team to design and support end-to-end integrations!
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain integrations between Salesforce, ERP systems, and other business applications to ensure seamless data flow across the organization.
- Build API-based solutions using REST, SOAP, and modern integration technologies to automate business processes, eliminate manual work, and improve system efficiency.
- Lead integration projects from requirements gathering through deployment, testing, troubleshooting, and ongoing support while partnering with business and IT stakeholders.
- Create and support data pipelines that provide reliable information for reporting, analytics, operational decision-making, and future AI-driven initiatives.
- Collaborate with ERP modernization and digital transformation efforts, including SAP readiness initiatives, while ensuring data consistency, governance, and system scalability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information systems or related field preferred
- 5+ years of previous integration experience, with hands-on MuleSoft and SalesForce experience strongly preferred
- Previous experience with ERP integration and master data synchronization, SAP experience strongly preferred
- Previous experience in a manufacturing setting is desired
