We've built plug-ins that save clients hundreds of hours, migrated data across massive ecosystems, solved thorny GDSN challenges, and optimized product content for some of the most demanding retail and foodservice partners in the industry. This role is office based, with possible remote working flexibility offered on Fridays.

About the Role

We are looking to add a key member to the team in a Digital Implementation Specialist I role. This role helps to solve complex business problems by analyzing and organizing data, mapping client data to meet retail and trading partner specifications and developing automated workflow solutions. This role has a strong understanding of data best practices and can effectively liaise between technical and business stakeholders. The Digital Implementation Specialist I will make an impact by supporting timely and thorough project completion with strong communication follow ups. This is an entry-level, individual contributor role.

Responsibilities

  • Under supervision, analyze a wide variety of data and make data model recommendations that meet internal and external needs for best-in-class PIM (Product Information Management) and DAM (Digital Asset Management) architecture.
  • Normalize data for accuracy, import efficiency, and maintenance within standardized PIM and DAM architecture.
  • Collaborate with clients to design, document, and implement workflow solutions to address data needs and governance.
  • Own assigned channel mapping/data extract configurations and create efficient and transferable logic; provide data gaps for target destinations; efficiently address invalid values in channels; complete thorough testing and QA of all mapped channels and content extracts; troubleshoot feedback and make recommendations for resolution.
  • Adhere to standards for testing and QA of all mapping, workflows, and system configurations to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Manage own assigned tasks within company project management system for multiple, concurrent projects for a diverse portfolio of clients; ensure all assigned responsibilities are accurately tracked with due dates and completed on time.
  • Proactively communicate project statuses to appropriate stakeholders throughout assigned projects/tasks and upon completion.
  • Participate in client calls to document meeting minutes, key decisions made, and action items for all teams involved.
  • Work independently, with supervisor, and across Gournay Consulting to solve problems and provide creative solutions to business needs in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proactively share learnings with full team and update internal systems for ongoing expertise and efficiency.
  • Maintain proficient-level understanding of key PIM, DAM and CMS Solutions and their business application, as applicable.
  • Actively participate in team meetings, project meetings and training sessions.

Qualifications

  • Recent or upcoming Bachelor's Degree with a preferred concentration major in Business, Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering or Information Technology or a related area of study, and a minimum 3.0 GPA.
  • Internship or Co-op experience in a related field is strongly preferred.
  • Technical savviness, with the ability to learn and navigate all key systems, tools, and technologies needed to perform effectively in role.
  • Effective project management skills, with the ability to organize priorities, manage timelines, communicate to stakeholders, and follow through to deliver high-quality work.
  • Strong analytical thinking and critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze information, draw meaningful insights, and make thoughtful, data-informed recommendations.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously, balancing competing demands while maintaining accuracy, organization and attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate confidently and effectively both written and verbally with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to explain and present complex concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including ability to create basic formulas and sort and manage data utilizing tools including V-Look ups.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint to provide status updates and share information in an informative, visually professional presentation.
  • Has a growth mindset and thrives in an agile and fast-paced work environment with autonomy to drive outcomes.
  • Highly intellectually curious about the changing digital landscape and pivoting towards future client and company needs.

Pay

Base salary range for this role is $65,000 - $72,000, based upon experience. Annual bonus potential is up to 15% of base salary, based upon performance. Preference will be given to candidates already within a commutable distance to our office location.
