About the Opportunity:The DIGITAL IMPLEMENTATION SPECIALIST plays a crucial role in building, testing, and launching websites and digital products that pharmacy customers depend on. This position ensures that every digital product is accurate, functional, and ready for deployment, while maintaining daily digital operations and improving processes. The role directly impacts customer satisfaction by ensuring high-quality digital experiences and smooth operational workflows. Responsibilities:Build and deploy customer websites following organizational standards and customer requirementsReview and adjust completed builds for visual and functional accuracyMigrate and verify content, imagery, and functionality from existing customer websitesTest website functionality and responsiveness across devicesMaintain quality assurance standards and improve design, usability, and accessibilitySupport various projects including website migrations and digital initiativesContribute to the creation and refinement of website templates and resourcesMeet production goals, timelines, and service level agreementsConfigure domain-based email inboxes for customersManage digital teardown requests and ensure proper disconnection of servicesIdentify and escalate issues affecting timelines or service deliveryMonitor Salesforce queues to maintain workflow and meet SLAsMaintain documentation and support onboarding and trainingParticipate in audits, migrations, and special projectsPerform additional duties as assigned Requirements:Bachelor's degree or equivalent experienceExperience in website creation, editing, or maintenanceProficiency with AI-powered tools and adaptability to new technologiesStrong attention to detail across visual, content, and functional aspectsExcellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple prioritiesProblem-solving skills and capacity to learn new technical tools independentlyAbility to work effectively in a dynamic environmentProven record of meeting deadlines and service expectationsCollaborative skills across technical and customer-facing teams Preferred:Experience with Replit and Salesforce platformsKnowledge of WCAG accessibility standards, responsive design, and SEO best practicesBackground in queue-based or production-oriented work environments Pay Range and Compensation Package:The approximate range for this role is $58,000 to $62,000, depending on experience and skills.
