The firm is seeking a Technology Consulting Senior Consultant to join its growing Digital Identity team. As a Senior Consultant you will mentor, train, and coach interns and consultants, facilitate project work plans, identify risk and efficiency opportunities, strengthen client relationships, and, at managers’ direction, take responsibility for decision‑making on project scope, work plans, staffing, deliverables, and methodology application.

Responsibilities

• Mentor, train, and coach interns and consultants.
• Facilitate successful completion of project work plans.
• Identify areas of risk and opportunities to increase efficiency.
• Strengthen relationships and deepen abilities to communicate, gain trust, and network with client personnel and professional associates.
• At the direction of managers, accept responsibility for decision‑making in establishing project scope and work plans, project staffing, preparation of deliverables, and application of methodologies.

Requirements

• Experience with or understanding of Okta (preferred) and Saviynt (preferred).
