About the role
In this full-time internship (minimum 3 months), you’ll be a full-fledged member of our Operations team, splitting your time between two key areas:
- Operational Excellence – ~70%
- Smart Backoffice & Patient Connect: manage appointment requests, tickets, and empathetic patient communication via our proprietary software.
- Customer Support: serve as the direct contact for our physician-practice clients, ensuring our “flora” product runs smoothly in daily operations.
- Strategic & People Ops – ~30%
- Recruiting & Onboarding: actively assist in sourcing new talent and guide onboarding processes.
- Process Optimization: analyze workflows and refine strategic and operational resource planning.
- Shift Planning: take ownership of efficient staff scheduling.
- Scaling: develop concepts to adapt our processes for expansion into new practices.
Requirements
- Background: Bachelor’s/Master’s in Health Sciences, Business Administration, Medicine, or a related field, or a completed vocational training in healthcare (e.g., medical assistant).
- Mindset: Passion for Digital Health and innovation.
- Skills: Native-level German, meticulous work style, and the ability to maintain clarity in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability: Minimum 3-month full-time commitment; suitable for both voluntary and mandatory academic internships.
- Location: Based in Munich or the surrounding area.
