The Digital Experience & AI Enablement Specialist will play a key role in enabling users to effectively utilize the World Economic Forum's core digital and AI-enabled products. This includes:
- Conducting targeted sessions and providing clear guidance to users.
- Developing self-service resources to support users in adopting these products.
Workflow Automation & User Coaching
This specialist will focus on streamlining repetitive tasks and improving user productivity through the design and development of lightweight automations and workflows. Specific responsibilities include:
- Designing and implementing practical AI-enabled solutions to automate routine tasks.
- Providing hands-on coaching to users to help them become proficient in using these tools.
AI Champion Community Management
The specialist will also manage a community of internal AI champions who promote innovation and support the adoption of digital and AI-powered platforms across teams. Key aspects of this role involve:
- Facilitating the growth and engagement of the AI champion community.
- Encouraging and supporting the sharing of best practices and innovative ideas within the community.
User Engagement & Continuous Improvement
The Digital Experience & AI Enablement Specialist will serve as a primary point of contact for user questions and feedback, ensuring efficient adoption and continuous improvement of the user experience. This includes:
- Addressing user inquiries and providing support.
- Collecting and acting on user feedback to enhance the user experience.
- Guiding users to explore, adopt, and build practical digital solutions independently.
