The Mission Driver Enablement Center (MDEC) at Leidos is seeking an experienced Digital Employee Experience (DEX) Senior Engineer. This is a fully remote position open to candidates located anywhere in the United States. Candidates must have an active Public Trust with ability to obtain Secret or higher clearance as needed; US citizenship is required. The ideal candidate brings deep Nexthink expertise, having progressed beyond platform administration into engineering, automation, and enterprise integrations. They combine DEX knowledge with endpoint engineering, observability, and analytics to turn telemetry and user experience data into scalable solutions that drive measurable improvements in digital employee experience at enterprise scale.
