Digital Document Specialist

Reports to: Client Services Supervisor, Client Services Manager, or equivalent leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Classify scanned documents by checking form fields and inputting information into pre-defined fields.
  • Ensure the quality of scanned documents.
  • Process documents while maintaining accuracy as guaranteed in client Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Match corresponding paperwork to accounts and apply appropriate business rules.
  • Adhere to all governmental regulations and company policies and procedures.
  • Protect organizational assets and maintain privacy and confidentiality.
  • Uphold ethical standards and comply with business principles.
  • Assist in other operational areas as needed.

Requirements

  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong attention to detail and high-volume data entry experience.
  • Fast, accurate alpha-numeric typing skills.
  • Comfortable working in a production environment and with technology.
  • Willingness to adapt and learn new technologies.
  • Take initiative and pride in work.
  • Thrive in a team environment and be motivated by results.
  • Capable of meeting or exceeding deadlines.
  • Familiarity with document imaging software (desired but not required).
