What You Will Do
- Serve as the primary digital leader and trusted advisor for manufacturing plants, direct sales and parts stores and majority own businesses.
- Develop and execute a multi-year digital roadmap aligned with DAA business objectives.
- Drive digital optimization initiatives that improve operational efficiency, customer experience, and profitability.
- Identify and implement opportunities to leverage enterprise digital platforms, analytics, automation, AI, and emerging technologies.
Business Relationship Management
- Build strong partnerships with site leadership, functional leaders, and enterprise technology teams.
- Translate business priorities into actionable technology solutions.
- Facilitate governance, prioritization, and execution of digital initiatives.
- Communicate project status, risks, opportunities, and business outcomes to executive stakeholders.
Integration Leadership
- Lead the phased integration of majority own businesses into the DAA technology ecosystem.
- Partner with the Digital M&A team to develop and execute integration plans across digital.
- Partner with functional leaders to support adoption of digital platforms.
- Ensure business continuity while driving transformational changes.
Digital Transformation & Operational Excellence
- Identify opportunities to improve operating income through technology optimization and process improvements.
- Lead digital initiatives focused on cost optimization, workflow automation, data analytics, and operational efficiency.
- Partner with business stakeholders to prioritize investments and maximize ROI.
Infrastructure, Security & Application Leadership
- Manage site technology infrastructure, applications, end-user computing, telecommunications, and collaboration technologies.
- Ensure alignment with DAA infrastructure, security standards, policies, and strategic initiatives.
- Lead remediation of technology risks and infrastructure gaps.
- Drive reliability, resilience, and performance of technology services across Phoenix operations.
- Ensure readiness for audits, compliance requirements, and risk assessments.
- Deliver an exceptional digital employee experience.
- Champion user-centric technologies, support models, and workplace innovation.
- Measure and improve employee satisfaction with technology services.
- Act as an advocate for workforce productivity and digital enablement.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 10+ years of technology innovation experience, inclusive of technology and engineering.
- Hands-on experience in managing site technology infrastructure, applications, and security services.
- 6+ years of progressive experience in leadership, or digital transformation delivery within complex, cross-functional environments.
- 10+ years of program management experience and experience working on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Broad understanding and experience with digital work streams (infrastructure, security, analytics, applications (CRM, ERP, etc.), and business processes).
- Experience in industrial, HVAC or manufacturing sectors.
- Experience in sales and service sectors.
- Excellent communication, presentation, cross-functional collaboration abilities with digital and business leaders.
- Proven ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments and influence senior leaders across functions.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 15+ years of technology innovation experience, inclusive of technology and engineering.
- Hands-on experience in managing site technology infrastructure, applications, and security services.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in leadership, or digital transformation delivery within complex, cross-functional environments.

Typical Annual Base Salary Range
- $142,600 - $250,900 (+ 30% bonus)
