About the role
The Digital Construction Data Coordinator supports project teams by coordinating digital workflows and data throughout the lifecycle of construction projects. This role focuses on setting up and closing out projects in Revit, Navisworks, and Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), while also contributing to schedule development, preconstruction planning, and BIM Execution Plan (BIMxPlan) support.
Responsibilities
- Provide the setup and closeout of projects in Revit, Navisworks, and Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC)
- Establish standardized folder structures, permissions, and data workflows in ACC
- Update project models and contract documentation for each project
- Catalogue prefab components to a central location
- Ensure models are properly structured for project kickoff and handed over with McClure's project set up guidelines
- Maintain and manage project databases to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and accessibility
- Support integration of model data with scheduling, estimating, and reporting tools
- Develop a catalogue system for collecting and keeping model components readily available
- Service and upgrade the database to support project needs

- Collaborate with preconstruction teams to support early-phase planning and model-based quantity takeoffs
- Aid in early planning for scheduling equipment, prefab opportunities, and material selections
- Provide data and model support for bid packages and design coordination
- Contribute to the creation and maintenance of project BIMxPlans, ensuring alignment with project goals
- Support documentation of modeling standards, collaboration protocols, and data exchange formats
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of BIM-related design or construction experience using the required software
- Associate or bachelor's degree in construction management, Engineering Technologies, or a related field is preferred
- Portfolio or samples of previous BIM work are encouraged with your application
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, Stratus, and Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) - required
- Experience with Fabrication database management and data structuring for construction workflows - required
- Strong understanding of VDC processes and digital construction technologies - required
- Excellent communication and organizational skills - required
- Experience with Power BI or other data visualization platforms, preferred
- Knowledge of BIM standards, preferred
- Familiarity with scripting tools (e.g., Dynamo, Python) for automation and data manipulation, preferred
