Digital Data Analyst

Position Overview

The role supports the development and delivery of advanced analytics to inform business growth and operational improvements. It involves working collaboratively with teams to gather and interpret data related to digital and customer behaviors, website performance, and marketing effectiveness. The analyst will design and maintain dashboards and reports for executive leadership covering key performance indicators (KPIs), sales, web analytics, and financial performance. They are also responsible for analyzing large datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimization and providing strategic insights and recommendations to support omnichannel initiatives and revenue forecasting.

Requirements

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
• Problem-solving aptitude
• Adept at queries, report writing, and presenting findings
• Knowledge of statistical concepts and techniques
• Experience with business reporting tools such as Business Objects, Tableau, Alteryx, PowerBI, SnowFlake (SQL) or other reporting & analytical tools
