Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a diverse project team in System Design, Integration, and Testing
- Define and execute a clear vision for the Digital Control System Engineering organization
- Drive a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement
- Ensure compliance with EHS/Safety actions and training for engineering teams
- Support project execution by defining system-level concepts and integration strategies
- Collaborate with engineering teams for smooth system integration and commissioning
- Build strong succession and competency development plans for subfunctions
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Engineering degree from an accredited university
- 8 years in electricity and automation engineering
- 3 years designing and programming electrical control systems
- 5 years managing engineering teams
- Fluent in English; willing to travel (30% in the US/Canada)
