Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of 6-8 Controls Engineers
- Remain hands-on with PLC programming and HMI development
- Drive custom automation, robotics, and machine-build projects from concept through startup
- Act as the technical subject matter expert across controls and automation projects
- Influence engineering standards, best practices, and team development
- Work on complex, high-visibility projects across multiple manufacturing industries
Requirements
- Controls Engineering, Automation Engineering, or a related background
- Experience with Allen-Bradley / Rockwell PLC platforms
- Leadership experience
- Experience within machine building, systems integration, or custom automation environments
- Exposure to robotics and industrial automation systems preferred
