Digital Content Specialist: Social Media

Temporary full-time role (5-month duration) based in Manhattan, NY (10038) with a hybrid schedule: in-office Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.

About the role

Join our Organic Social creative team, which includes one Sr. Manager, two Associate Art Directors, one Sr. Copywriter, and one freelance Content Specialist. The team handles multiple projects, offering opportunities to work on diverse social initiatives. Daily tasks involve creating high-quality, visually compelling content for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, sourcing and managing product samples, and gathering inspiration for upcoming social content.

Responsibilities

• Execute approximately 30 unique net-new organic social assets per week, including video and graphic content.
• Coordinate product samples, props, content capture, editing, routing, and final asset delivery.
• Support the execution of in-season social content briefs.
• Assist Art Directors with additional production-related work as needed.
• Contribute to high-volume content editing projects, including Fashion Show content deliverables.
• Ensure timely delivery of content throughout key seasonal campaigns and marketing initiatives.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro (2-4 years experience).
• Familiarity with various social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest) (2-4 years experience).
• Strong visual storytelling skills with a focus on creativity and attention to detail (2-4 years experience).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a creative team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Must be located near Manhattan, New York, for on-site presence.

Pay

Hourly rate: $42.00 – $47.00.

Schedule

Standard working hours, hybrid model (3 days in-office: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday).
