Digital Content & Project Specialist

About the role

The Digital Content & Project Specialist under the direction of the Digital Manager is responsible for managing and executing Foxwoods.com and app content. This includes programming, publishing, and maintaining accuracy across all digital touchpoints. The role serves as the day-to-day owner of web and app content, ensuring alignment with campaign strategy, business priorities, and guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Primary ownership and management of Foxwoods.com and app content
• Ensuring alignment with campaign strategy, business priorities, and guest experience
• Content prioritization, publishing decisions, and content accuracy
• Directly impacting revenue-driving channels including hotel, dining, gaming, and entertainment
• Supporting digital signage execution and creative project workflow coordination
• Serving as a liaison between business units, creative teams, and agencies
• Maintaining the integrity, consistency, and performance of Foxwoods digital ecosystem

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in marketing, broadcast communications, or other associated field or 3 years of related work experience
• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud preferred
• Complete understanding of digital video and image file standards, content management systems, all content file formats, and ability to resolve incompatibilities quickly and effectively
• Understanding of HTML and XML preferred
• Complete understanding of the Microsoft Windows operating system and Microsoft Office
