Full-time (40-hours weekly), hybrid, 12-month contract with the opportunity to extend year over year. 3-days a week on-site is required.
Responsibilities
- Lead the routing and maintenance of creative assets in PDF format across various channels and partner platforms within the system of record.
- Drive consultations with SME’s on timing and schedules, and socialize feedback with external partners to ensure punctual delivery of projects aligned with SLAs.
- Main POC for enterprise control requests.
- Lead the scheduling and facilitating of meetings aimed at reviewing feedback and providing decisive guidance on creative pieces.
- Take ownership of the development of monthly metrics reporting and risk reporting utilizing tracking data as a primary source.
- Proactive tracking of routing data across partnerships and projects.
- Audit readiness and testing. Own Workfront audit trails and collateral approval compliance.
- Provide regular status updates and adeptly address impediments to delivery teams, internal stakeholders, external partners, and LOBs as required.
- Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and drive initiatives to enhance efficiency.
- Review intent documentation prior to production kickoff for product and project consistency, accuracy, and completion of detail. Manage documentation across delivery teams.
- Quickly and accurately reviews documents for business/strategic intent, grammatical, typographical, and formatting inconsistencies, discrepancies, and errors.
- Work closely with extended team to understand the theme, objective and desired goal of each piece.
- Juggle multiple projects that include internal communications, direct mail, posters, collateral, e-mail and Web content.
- Manage the legal and compliance review timelines/process for marketing materials across multiple brands for enterprise-wide sign-offs.
- Serve as a cross-functional liaison, coordinating between legal, compliance, marketing, business, and creative teams to ensure timely approvals and brand consistency.
- Oversee a high volume of projects, managing 200+ creative assets through review cycles while balancing competing deadlines and priorities.
- Support the implementation of a new creative routing process, including stakeholder communication, troubleshooting workflow pain points, and driving collaborative solutions during the transition period.
- Maintain process efficiency and uphold brand and regulatory standards across all deliverables.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience within the creative process management space or another similar area.
- 2+ years of editing experience with extensive subject matter expertise.
- AP Preferred editing style.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, taking initiative and driving projects forward independently.
- Strong familiarity with Agile principles, demonstrating an aptitude for adaptive project management methodologies.
- Take initiative to identify and address process gaps during downtime from active routings, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in operations.
- Embrace a mindset of adaptability and agility, swiftly pivoting and adjusting to meet the evolving needs as needed.
- Demonstrate a project manager mindset by taking ownership of the Creative Routings Space, overseeing and coordinating tasks, timelines, and resources to ensure successful project execution.
Skills
- Editing experience preferably includes: High-visibility advertising campaigns, global company collateral, fact sheets, technical documentation, Web content, proposals, videos, broadcast.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, multiple-deadline-driven environment that encourages feedback and fast turnaround.
- Financial Services subject matter expertise (credit card and/or banking highly preferred).
- Agency or advertising experience preferred.
- MS Word (knows how to use red-line tracking feature), Acrobat, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint.
