About the Role

An established retail organization is seeking a Digital Content Coordinator to support its growing e-commerce and digital marketing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working behind the scenes to ensure digital content is accurate, visually engaging, and launched flawlessly across multiple online platforms.

This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives under tight deadlines, enjoys multitasking, and takes pride in delivering high-quality work in a fast-moving environment. While this is not a web development role, candidates should have a basic understanding of HTML and digital publishing concepts.

What You'll Do

  • Review and publish digital content across multiple online platforms while ensuring accuracy and quality standards.
  • Support promotional campaigns by coordinating digital assets, product information, promotional messaging, and landing page content.
  • Assist with updating promotional offers, coupons, shipping events, product guides, sizing information, and other e-commerce content.
  • Partner with internal marketing, merchandising, and business teams to ensure content is executed accurately and on schedule.
  • Perform quality assurance checks before content goes live to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Help maintain the integrity of digital systems by following established publishing processes and best practices.
  • Make minor content updates when needed, including inserting images, links, or other basic HTML elements.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting aggressive deadlines.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in digital content, e-commerce, marketing operations, web publishing, or a related field.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines without sacrificing quality.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Collaborative mindset with strong relationship-building abilities.

Preferred Skills

  • Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS (comfortable reading or making simple content edits — not full web development).
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Familiarity with web content management systems or web text editors.
  • Experience working with digital assets, product content, or promotional campaigns.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel and Word skills.
  • Experience with digital asset management platforms such as Scene7 or similar tools is a plus.

Why This Opportunity?

  • Immediate start with a well-known retail organization.
  • Gain hands-on experience supporting a high-performing e-commerce and digital marketing team.
  • Collaborative hybrid work environment in Charlotte.
  • Opportunity to build valuable experience in digital content operations and online merchandising while contributing to impactful customer-facing campaigns.
