Digital Consulting Senior Manager-Oracle EPM (Planning)

Responsibilities

• Manage client-facing engagements across all project phases from pursuit to delivery
• Oversee project management and intensive data analysis to drive impactful recommendations
• Lead practice development initiatives and support organization-wide administrative efforts
• Mentor and develop coachees where assigned, fostering their professional growth
• Provide strategic insights to clients based on in-depth analysis of their challenges
• Collaborate with internal project teams to ensure project success
• Engage directly with clients to identify areas for value creation and improvement

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
• 6-10 years of consulting experience with cloud implementations, specifically Oracle EPM Planning
• 2-4 years in a functional lead or technical specialist role
• History of delivering multiple end-to-end implementation projects in Cloud ERP, EPM, CRM, or Data Management
• Prominent ability to mentor and coach others effectively
• Strong understanding of industry challenges to provide valuable insights
• Willingness to travel up to 50% for client engagements and flexible living location options within the U.S.
