Digital Consulting Senior Associate-Oracle EPM (Planning)

Responsibilities

• Lead client-facing projects and work-streams while ensuring quality deliverables
• Manage project tasks with a focus on material client interaction
• Conduct intensive data analysis to derive insightful conclusions
• Create compelling presentations tailored for client review
• Identify problems and propose solutions throughout project lifecycles
• Maintain strong communication with both internal and client teams to articulate issues and results

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
• 3-5 years of experience in requirement analysis, functional specifications, testing, and client interactions
• 3+ years' experience with Oracle EPM Planning and/or ePBCS
• Full lifecycle experience with cloud-based Oracle EPM Planning implementations
• Strong project management and self-discipline to oversee workstreams independently
• Creative problem-solving skills with strong critical thinking aptitude
• Excellent analytical ability and hands-on expertise in cloud-based enterprise solutions
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective team and client engagement
• Aptitude for teamwork and collaboration
• Willingness to travel up to 50% for client engagements or internal collaborations
• Flexible living locations in the U.S.

Pay

$120,000 – $145,000 annually
