Digital Consulting Senior Analyst, Oracle Cloud EPM (Planning/ePBCS)

About the role

Huron is seeking a Senior Analyst to join our team. This position offers the opportunity to enhance analytical skills while working in a supportive team environment focused on delivering impactful solutions.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to implement software processes and drive organizational change
• Work independently and in groups to build client relationships and solve problems
• Conduct tests, troubleshoot issues, and interface with business users
• Develop and maintain functional documentation
• Provide support for Oracle EPM Cloud implementations, particularly with Oracle EPM Planning (ePBCS)
• Apply strong analytics and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve complex issues

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, science, liberal arts, computer science, information systems, or other technology-related majors
• 1-2 years of experience working within software implementation processes
• At least 1 year of experience analyzing requirements, maintaining functional documentation, conducting tests, troubleshooting issues, and interfacing with business users
• Experience with Oracle EPM Cloud implementation, specifically with Oracle EPM Planning (ePBCS)
• Strong analytics and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Ability to communicate clearly with team members and clients
• Eagerness to learn, grow, and contribute in a fast-paced consulting environment
• EPM Cloud Certifications (or progress toward them) is a plus
• Prior consulting industry experience is a plus
• Willingness to travel up to 50%

Pay

The estimated base salary for this job is $85,000 - $95,000. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel.
