Digital Consulting Manager, Oracle Cloud Risk Management

About the role

This role will lead work at the intersection of data, AI-enabled capabilities, and scalable technology delivery. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a Business Services environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering, documentation, testing, and deployment efforts
• Implement Oracle Risk Management, collaborating with senior team members for successful delivery
• Develop functional setups and execute data loads while supporting integration testing
• Design future-state business processes and functional solutions with clients
• Oversee configuration, testing, and training execution
• Guide technical teams in designing and testing conversions and integrations with Oracle AI solutions
• Mentor and supervise junior staff, enhancing their consulting and technical skills

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• 5-7 years of experience in cloud implementations with a focus on consulting
• 3 years of hands-on work with Oracle Cloud and at least 1 Risk Management implementation
• Solid grasp of finance processes like general ledger and cash management
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
• Ability to manage project tasks independently
• Attention to detail and a quality-focused mindset

Pay

$145,000 – $170,000 annually
