Responsibilities
- Own the complete solution design for Oracle ERP Financials, ensuring compliance and performance
- Lead workshops to translate business needs into future state designs
- Oversee configuration, testing, and end-user training/support execution
- Collaborate with data, reporting, and integration teams for coherent designs
- Establish best practices, templates, and standards for ERP implementations
Qualifications
- 5+ years of Oracle Financials experience focusing on Oracle Cloud ERP
- Hands-on design experience across various finance processes and modules
- Strong knowledge of integrations, reporting, and data migration in Oracle ERP settings
- Able to manage complex global designs including multi-GAAP frameworks
- Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills
- Consulting experience preferred; Oracle certifications are a plus
- Strong interpersonal skills for relationship-building and communication
